The ambiance and general feel of the hotel was lovely. Our room was cozy and comfortable, providing a good place to relax after a long day of exploring. The location on Fitzroy Street was excellent, with convenient access to nearby attractions and dining options.
The room was smaller than expected, and the bathroom was cramped. We also experienced some external noise from neighboring rooms and inconsistent hot water.

The location was perfect with the beach and trams nearby. The bathroom was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel had a classy atmosphere with a groovy bar and French bistro. The room was well-equipped with classy crockery and glassware. It was easy to walk to Acland St and the seabaths.
The hotel staff were not available to assist when there was a power outage in my room. I couldn't charge my phone or computer and couldn't make coffee.

The hotel is conveniently located right opposite the tram stop, making it easy to explore the area. It is also close to the Airport Sky bus stop, perfect for those traveling by car. it is close to everything, including the beach and pier, offering guests beautiful views and easy access to recreational activities.
The water pressure in the shower is very low, which can be quite inconvenient for guests wanting a refreshing and efficient shower experience.

The artworks on the walls are truly spectacular, creating a unique and enjoyable atmosphere.
